Title:
  Show collection metadata when viewing collection

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Currently, when you view a collection, its description is not
  displayed though I had marked the initial bug #939883 as "fix
  released". Unfortunately, it doesn't contain any info about the
  commit.

  It would be good to display the collection description and also tags
  that we are working on though the tags shouldn't collide with the page
  tags displayed at the bottom of the page.
