Hello,

Users should be able to reset all the modifications they have made by
themselves on the Dashboard.

This would be a great to use in tandem if administrators would be able
to set the dashboard static for everyone like described in here;

In moodle you can reset your own dashboard and it isn't really a problem
that someone would do by "accident", you can always double check by
making it require two or three yes-clicks or typing RESET before they
can do it.
