In bug #1719216 collections are now visible in the participation report.
However, the display still refers to "X pages" when counting the number
of pages and collections displayed (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1719216/comments/3).

This should be changed to "portfolios". "Pages and collections" is a bit
long.
