  Update issue with  Latest changes I can view

Status in Mahara 17.10 series:

Bug description:
  Testing 17.10.1
  Debian server

  When logged in as site admin, if I view (simply view, no edit)
  projects listed under Latest changes I can view, the last update
  changes.

  I wanted to test on Mahara demo site, but all projects are already
  updated with today's date.
