Hi Sam,

Currently if you add an image to a page via the 'Image' block you can
select whether you want to display the description/caption as well via
the 'Show description' option.

However, currently, when adding an image to the text block, via the
editor's 'Insert/edit image' button there is no option to include the
description. As it is a text editor currently one could just copy/paste
in the description anyway.

But in the future I reckon we need to have either:
- An option added under the 'Image formatting options' to select so that description plus image is added to editor on save
- Or simply let images with descriptions copy to editor by default and let user delete description if they don't need it.

I'll mark this as a wishlist item

  Image description not showing when image is added to a text block

Bug description:
  When adding an image to Mahara there is the option to include a description. 
  When the image is added to a text block there is no way for the image description to made available either as text under the image, or when you hover over the image.

  
  I'm on version 17.04 using Chrome.
