In https://blueprints.launchpad.net/mahara/+spec/gdpr we are making a
series of changes to the privacy statement for compliance with the GDPR
and more transparency.

Similar changes should be made for the Terms & Conditions (T&C).

I'm not creating separate items for those changes at this stage but have
this "hold all" as we should decide closer to the implementation time
what changes we will port from the privacy statement to the T&C.
