Moving buttons to after drop-down mennu and adjusting to fit in
single line with collection title to be bigger visually than

Title:
  Make collection navigation more compact

Bug description:
  The navigation bar for a collection takes up quite a bit of space and
  the buttons for previous and next pages are far apart making it
  cumbersome to jump between them when wanting to go back and forth.

  This change brings the buttons closer together and also re-styles the
  navigation bar so it is more differentiated from page headings.
