When you add artefacts in blocks to pages, they do not always display
the tags. It's inconsistent when tags are displayed and when they
aren't.

For example: "Journal entry" and "Recent journal entries" don't show
tags whereas "Journal" and "Tagged entries" do. Arguably, "Recent
journal entries" is just a list and thus displaying tags etc. should be
avoided.

The "Files to download" block doesn't display tags.

We should review this inconsistency and see where we can make things
more consistent, especially in areas where more information is
displayed.
