  Export standalone HTML with institution theme

Status in Mahara:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm using Mahara 17.04.3

  When a user inside an institution export as standalone HTML the theme
  used is the general from Mahara.

  Whould be interesting export with the institution theme or maybe selet
  which one you want.
