I found that this was not really a bug.

I have modified the character string of the translation to Spanish and
now it works correctly.

The error was in the following file:
/interaction/forum/lang/es.utf8/interaction.forum.php

... and more specifically in the following string:

$string ['forumposthtmltemplate'] = ""

In the translation into Spanish there was a customization made by me,
which included incorrect html code and this is what caused the error.

  Error when click on the link “reply this message online” sends via
  email

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Mahara version = 16.10.5

  When I click on the link "reply to this message online" that appears
  at the end of the email message that Mahara sends me with the copy of
  a message in the forum of a group, the internet browser always opens
  showing the following error:

  “Not Found

  The requested URL /interaction/forum/topic.php was not found on this
  server.”

  but when I click on any other link that Mahara sends me via email
  (friend requests, messages from other users, ...) the browser opens
  showing the login screen, correctly.
