  Environment tested: Master
  Browser tested: MS Edge
  Theme: Primary school

  Test Steps:
  1) Any user logged in 
  2) user create page for my portfolio
  3) user add link in page description tiny MCE field by clicking the link icon when setting up page.

  Actual result: "Insert link" Modal window displays "Ok" button colour
  is light green colour - clicking the "Ok" button turns the button
  colour to dark blue colour as expected for "Primary school" theme

  Expected result: Primary button colour should be light blue colour
