On /admin/users/pendingdeletions.php (Admin -> Institutions -> Pending
deletion), we show the user's name and username. Since the user does
have an account, it would be more convenient to show the profile picture
and the regular display of the name (display, first + last, username) so
an admin can quickly go to their profile page or their account settings
page.
