Public bug reported:

Currently we can import fonts into Mahara to be used with skins but the
fonts are not selectable from the TinyMCE font choices.

Currently the font choices for TinyMCE are hardcoded in lib/web.php

But we should be able to also add the choices from Admin -> Configure
site -> Fonts to be appended to the list.
