Preconditions:

1. Web service provider master switch = yes (Web services enabled)
a. Enable or disable protocols supported as a web services provider: = REST: = yes 

Test Steps:

1. log in as Site admin
2. Browse to User menu > Settings > Apps
3. Hover the mouse pointer over the delete button 
4. Confirm tool tip is displayed as follows "Delete "Manually created"" ✔

Title:
  Show better human readable tooltip for app token

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  When you set up a mobile app token for Mahara at
  /module/mobileapi/apps.php (User menu -> Settings -> Apps).

  The tooltip - and thus I believe also the screenreader text - only
  shows some cryptic numbers when hovering over the "Delete" button
  instead of mentioning the app and the device (see screenshot).
