Bug 1770281: Fixing behat to accept confirm click of delete button

Added 'I click on "button" delete button' step so that the delete
buttons with 'confirm' popup get accepted

  Summary: Existing Behat Resume page feature file is failing at various
  points while executing

  Behat test: User_content > resume_page.feature = already exists 
  ------------------------------------

  I ran the test 12 times and it failed 3 times - first 5 ran no
  problems

  Failed at the following places
  # check achievements can be deleted (Bug 1755669) = And I should not see "sdrtyh" Failed ✘

  # Editing resume = And I press "Save" Failed ✘

  # Check employment and education history deleted successfully (Bug
  1755669) = Then I should not see "Code Ninja" Failed ✘
