Test steps:

1. User log in 
2. User browse to Main menu > Portfolio > Pages and collections 
3. Create a new page by clicking the add button and then page button 
4. Confirm that the Page is loaded with the default text in the "Page title" field highlighted in the following browsers:
-- a. Linux Chrome ✘
-- b. Win 10 Chrome ✔
-- c. Linux Chromium ✔
-- d. Linux Firefox ✔
-- e. Win 10 Firefox ✔
-- f. Win 10 IE 11  ✔
-- g. Sauce Labs - Mac OS 10.13 Safari  ✔
5. User edit existing page by clicking existin page, then clicking edit and then clicking settings 
6. Confirm that the text in the "Page title" field, is not highlighted in the following browsers:
-- a. Linux Chrome ✔
-- b. Win 10 Chrome ✔
-- c. Linux Chromium ✔
-- d. Linux Firefox ✔
-- e. Win 10 Firefox ✔

NOTE: Although Linux Chrome failed testing, the code fix is only a UX
enhancement and does not affect a user from changing a page title.

Title:
  Select 'title' text on creation of new page

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  When first creating a page the 'Untitled' title is shown and the focus
  is on that field.

  It would be better the text within the field is also selected making
  it easier to change the title.

  This should only be needed on first creation as that time we most
  likely want to change the title
