Bug description:
  Regression tests 3.2 Overview

  Check default blocks are displayed on the homepage.
  Test removing and adding blocks and that they are displayed correctly.

  Once you have a functioning test, check for any overlap with existing
  tests and edit out doubled-up functionality if you find it.
