2. User has uploaded the following profile pictures
a. Image1.jpg
b. Image2.png
c. Image3.png

Test Script: 
-------------------------
1. User logged in as "InstA-Admin"
2. User browse to Main menu > Content > Profile pictures
3. Confirm that the Default and Delete column headings are aligned to the left ✔
4. Confirm that the CSS is as follows for bothe Default and Delete column headings ✔
• .text-left {text-align: left;}
