Behat: Create Script for feature file -> required_country_field.feature

Summary: I want the country field to be required 
by all members when Country is enabled in Mandatory fields for the Mahara site
so that all will have the country filled in in their profile 

Background: = Users exist - admin and mahara member

# log in as Site admin
# Navigate to Administration menu > Configure site > Site options > Site 
# Verify that 'Country' displays the value 'No country selected'.
# Navigate to Administration menu > Extensions > Plugin administration > Plugin type: artefact > internal (settings icon)
# Enable country in Mandatory fields and save

# Log in as Mahara member 
# Verify no error messages displayed 
# verify Required profile fields title is displayed 
# verify Country field is displayed with New Zealand option auto-selected 
# verify once submit button is clicked that user is on their dashboard page
