  Change items in "Advanced" settings panel of a page

Bug description:
  In bug #1790543 we introduced the "Advanced" panel on the page
  "Settings" page. Certain items are in there whereas others aren't.

  The following items should be in there:
  - Page URL
  - Page instructions
  - Lock blocks
  - Name display format
  - Anonymise
