Bug description:
  In a site with no lti plugin installed
  - Have a group that allows submissions
  - as a normal member of a group, create a collection with at least one page and submit it to the group
  - as the group admin, access the page of the collection

  an error message is displayed

  [WAR] 8e (view/view.php:149) Undefined variable: ltigradeform
