  Related to: //bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1723961

  Summary: Update a task from within a blocktype instance and return to
  the page that they were on

  1. verify that the Add task icon is displayed 
  2. click add Task - confirm user taken to tasks page -create a task and save - confirm user taken back to Page - Plan block
