  Accordion chevron on task is partially hidden

Bug description:
  Summary: The Plan block on a portfolio page with several Tasks will
  display the arrow icon is either hidden of too close to text
  especailly when task titles are long

  Preconditions:
  1. User has a plan block on a portfolio page
  2. User has several Tasks associated with plan with various title lengths
  3. User  has set "Tasks to display" = 1 or more 

  Test Steps:
  1. User browse to the Portfolio page with a Plan block 
  2. Viewing the displayed page 

  Expected Result: Drop arrow icons are displayed correctlywith enough space to accomidate various text lengths 
  Actual Result: The arrow icon is either hidden of too close to text
