This relates to the new feature of bug 1758801.

The bug description is not quite correct. The password field is
displayed when the user clicks anywhere outside of the username field.
However, as some people may not click anywhere else but the "Save"
button, they may not see that field.

I don't think we would need to differentiate that new password field
visually because if it pops out right during typing, the change should
be seen. If it then also gets an asterisk as required field, a user
would be taken back to it if they don't fill it in.
