Steven, there is an institution setting that controls the "Online users" side block. It will be good to add scenarios for that as well, i.e.
- Show all users
- Show only users from my institution
- Don't show any user, i.e. don't show the block at all.

  Behat: Online users side block functionality

  BEHAT SCRIPT : Create Script feature file ->online_users.feature

  
  RELATED TO: Release Testing Spreadsheet

  SUMMARY: Online users side block is displayed on right hand side of pages
      and displays all users that have been online within the last 10 minutes
      So I can know who is on line or online within the last 10 minutes

  REQUIREMENTS:

  1) User should see last 10 users online within the last 10 minutes
  2) when user follows show all online users
         a) User should be redirected to show all users page
         b) User should see all users online within the last 10 minutes
         c) Pagination occurs when there are more than 10 users in the table
         d) The table is ordered in Alphabetical order
  3) User can click a user name and be redirected to the user profile page
