Preconditions:

1) Institution exists
2) Institution user exists 
2) Plan exists for the user 

Test Steps: 
------------------------ 
1) Institution user loged in 
2) User browse to plan page 
3) create a new task with the Completion date set to a future date
4) create another new task with the Completion date set to a Present date
5) create another new task with the Completion date set to a date in the past
6) Browse to a portfolio page and add a plan block - use the plan you just created tasks for - save the page 
7) Verify that no error messages are displayed upon saving ✔

  Old Plan task causes error

Bug description:
  When a plan has a task set with completion date in the past and we add
  the plan to a page via the plan block we get:

  [WAR] ba (lib/dwoo/dwoo/Dwoo/Core.php:1429) Undefined property:
  stdClass::$completiondateshort
