  Pending friend display issue in Profile Side block for a custom theme

Bug description:
  BUG SUMMARY:  
  ------------------------ 
  When a User has a pending friend request, a notification is displayed in the Profile side block.  The text colour of the notification is not viewable on the light background colour 
  ==============================================

  Environment tested: myportfolio-school-mahara.testing.elearning.catalyst.net.nz
  Browser tested: Chrome / Firefox

  PRECONDITIONS: 
  ------------------------ 
  1) User exists that has a friend request pending 

  TEST STEPS: 
  ------------------------ 
  1) Log in as user 
  2) browse to the dashboard page (any page really)

  ** Actual result: ** 
  The friend request notification text is white and cannot be easily seen when it is on a light beige background (white text on light beige background)

  ** Expected result: **
  The friend request notification text colour should have a colour contrast of 4.5:1 to meet a AA accessibility standard
