Bug 1813101: use correct email syntax for noreply address

If the default noreply email address is invalid set it to a valid format
and make sure warnings still display to user

Title:
  Default no-reply email address is not in valid email address syntax

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  On install the no-reply email address is "no-reply@mahara" this
  invalid syntax now breaks the email validator.  This needs to update
  to something like "no-reply@xxxxxxxxxx" to pass.
