1) Mahara user exists - is owner of a group
2) Group exists 


TEST STEPS: 
------------------------ 
1) Log in as a user that is an admin of a group
2) Create a Group page with a text block on it 
3) View the displayed page 
4) Confirm that the page does not display the group submenu bar at the top of the page 
5) Confirm that the Page title is displayed with the autor of the page directly below

  broken group menu on group pages

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  This is a problem caused by bug 1791544 commit
  b4e9bc3d803f8ddd7e440631817f912174c9dcbc

  where it tries to display the group submenu (arrow menu) on a group
  page and the group name is missing so look broken

  but we shouln't be displaying this menu here
