PRECONDITIONS:

1) Mahara UserA exists
2) Portfolio page for user exists with retractable blocks 


TEST STEPS: 
------------------------ 
1) Log in as UserA
2) Export "Standalone HTML website" of the portfolio page mentioned above - main menu > Manage > Export
3) open the export file and view the index page 
4) verify that the blocks are not retracted or can be retracted by user ✔

NOTE: Bug Found and reported in regards to image gallery display when
the block is retractable | Bug 1820931

  HTML export dos not display retracted block content

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  This is most likely due to the javascript needed being not available

  But when it comes to HTML export it would make better sense to not
  allow retractable-ness and just display the block as a non-retractable
  block
