TEST STEPS: 
------------------------ 
1) Log in as Mahara user 
2) Create a portfolio page 
3) Add an image block to the page and save 
4) Verify that the image is displayed ✔
5) Edit the image block by clicking the cog icon on the block 
6) Change the image to a different image and save 
7) Confirm that the new image is displayed ✔

Title:
  Filebrowser is not changing selected item

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  For example:

  If I add an image block to a page and select an image and save it then
  the image block displays as expected.

  But If I then edit the image block and select a different image and
  save it the image does not change

  This is a regression caused by the new bootstrap changes
