  SUMMARY: Need a script for all functionalities of looking for,
  requesting, accepting and denying friend requests

  Requirements: 
  1. User sees list of people in people search 
  2. User can search within and outside of their Institution
  3. User can set Friends control in side block
  4. User makes request 
  5. User accepts friend request 
  6. User denies friend request
