  Display file author information for group files

  When a file is uploaded to a group, the group owns the file and the
  uploader is not mentioned. However, it is possible for the uploader /
  author of the file to change the file permissions.

  It would be beneficial to display the author of the file, e.g. when
  editing the properties of a file or on the file's detail page when
  added to a page.
