PRECONDITIONS:

1) Mahara user exists (no roles) 
2) portfolio pages exist (Page1 and Page2)

TEST STEPS: 
------------------------ 
1) Log in as Mahara user 
2) Browse to the pages and collections overview page (/view/index.php)
3) Create a new collection fill in all required fields 
4) Click the "Next: Edit collection pages" button
5) Verify Add pages to collection rows do NOT overlap box ✔ see screenshot attached

  The pages to choose from are overlapping their container box on the

  This is a bootstrap 4 change problem
