Bug description:
Follow-on from bug #1802386 where the "Quota used" column was added.

all columns are listed.
To replicate:

2. Go to Admin menu -> Reports.
3. Click on "Configure report".
4. Select the "User details" report.
Expected result: On the section "This report includes", the "Quota used" is mentioned.
Actual result: It is not.
