Title:
  Mouseleave event missing from matrix.js

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
On hovering over a SmartEvidence standard attached to a collection,
the popover text no longer displays. This is because the mouseenter
event displays and then hides the text, rather than just displaying
it. The mouseleave event seems to have been accidentally deleted.
