The description for the forum post moderation states that a group
moderator can perform the moderation. However, that is not quite true as
there are no group moderators. There are only forum moderators.

Change "New posts need to be approved by a group moderator or
administrator." to "New posts need to be approved by a forum moderator,
group tutor or administrator."
