TITLE:  Edit group membership modal checkboxes out of alignment

BUG SUMMARY: The checkbox and label in the "Edit membership" modal are not aligned correctly - (should be checkbox and Group name label to the right)

PRECONDITIONS: 
------------------------ 
1) Mahara users exist (no roles) User1, User2, User3
2) Group exists and has the following 
    a) Group Owner = User1 (Group admin)
    b) Group membership - Open = yes 

TEST STEPS: 
------------------------ 
1) Log in as Mahara user who is the Group admin (User1)
2) Browse to the People page (/user/index.php)
3) Click the "Edit group membership" to the right of the desired user to add to group
4) Verify the "Edit membership" modal is displayed ✔
5) verify that the checkbox is displayed and the label "<Group name>" is displayed to the right, inline ✔
