  Some words cannot be applied by national plural form

Status in Mahara:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Some words can not be translated in plural form. For example in Lithuanian are 3 plural forms.
  We found following words (number of objects and text aren't in same place for translation):
  - admin/users/institutions.php - text with number of institutions below list;
  - pending friend / pending friends;
  - user/find.php - text with number of user below list;
  - lang/en.utf8/mahara.php - lastminutes
