  TITLE:  Notification of shared content is sending duplicate email

  BUG SUMMARY: When a user shares their collection with another user, 2 emails are sent
  ==============================================

  Environment tested: Master
  Browser tested: Chrome

  PRECONDITIONS: 
  ------------------------ 
  1) User1 exists (no roles) 
  2) User2 exists (no roles) 
  3) Portfolio Collection of 2  pages exists 

  TEST STEPS: 
  ------------------------ 
  1) Log in as User1 
  2) Share the Portfolio Collection of 2  pages with User2 and select "No special role"

  EXPECTED RESULT: An email should be sent to User2 with the subject of
  "You have been given access to 1 portfolio by User1"

  ACTUAL RESULT: Two emails are sent to User2 with the subject of "You
  have been given access to 1 portfolio by User1"
