  Print stylesheet prints title on separate page

Bug description:
  From 19.04 on the print stylesheet prints the page title on a separate
  page and also shows the items in the "More options" menu. The latter
  should not be displayed.

  The title should be followed by content immediately. At the bottom of
  a long page, the content also goes right to the page edge.
