Title:
  Remove "Results  per page" option while editing "My portfolios" block

Bug description:
  When we have more than 10 Results on the dashboard there is an option
  at the bottom of the home page to select 1, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 500 to
  choose from. when we select one of the option it displays the results
  accordingly, but in the similar way when we try to edit the dashboard
  we have results per page at the bottom of the page ( it is only
  visible if you have more than 10 results on the dashboard).

  I am able to choose results per page but it does nothing, when
  contacted Rob he suggested to remove the Results per page option while
  editing the dashboard( see screenshot )
