  Recommendation of a portfolio to others

Status in Mahara:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Adding "Recommend this view" to a View page.

  This would have the same function as "report objectionable material",
  however with the ability to define the recipient's email adress by
  just adding an additional form.

  ... same for internal platform users by defining the user name instead
  of an email address.
