When you add a link to a forum description, it is stripped out when you
view the forum in the list of forums in a group. The links are visible
when you are in the forum itself.

Te replicate:

1. Create a forum in a group and add a couple of links to its description by highlighting text and linking it.
2. View the forum on the forum overview page in the group.
Expected result: The text is represented as link and can be clicked.
Actual result: There are no links.
