Can you fix this and check if it needs back-porting to older versions

I suspect the problem is the comment rating space needs to be a bit
wider so no wrapping occurs

   Display issues with comment ratings when enabled

Bug description:
  BUG SUMMARY: When the comment ratings are enabled and a comment is
  made with a rating - 4 of the icons are displayed on one row with the
  5th on the second row.

  All 5 icons should display on the same row

  =============================================

  Environment tested: Master
  Browser tested: Chrome

  PRECONDITIONS: 
  ------------------------ 
  1) comment ratings are enabled
  2) Portfolio page exists that is made public and that has commenting enabled
  3) Mahara user exists (no roles) 

  TEST STEPS: 
  ------------------------ 
  1) Log in as Mahar user 
  2) browse to a portfolio page and make a comment 
  3) select a rating to go along with your comment 
  4) Click the comment button 

  EXPECTED RESULT: The comment should be displayed and the comment
  rating should be displayed just to the right of the commenting user
  icon which is to the left of the page

  ACTUAL RESULT: The comment rating icons are displayed across 2 rows -
  The rest of the comment looks fine
