Browser: FF and Chrome


When the user clicks on the datepicker icon next to the text field, the calendar window does not open.

It is the case in the following fields:

• Plan: Completion date
• Group Edit settings page for the Start and End dates for Editability.
• Resume date of birth field
• Admin: Institution settings - the Institution expiry date
• Admin: Report configuration - From/To date

I believe there may be other areas as well but these are what I have
found so far.
