Bug description:
  to replicate:
  - on a calendar input, click on the calendar icon

  expected result: the datepicker appears
  actual result: nothing happens

  a list of pages where the calendar may appear:
  -/artefact/resume/index.php
  -/view/urls.php?id=____ -> needs an id of the page
  -/admin/users/edit.php?id=____ -> needs an id of the page
  -/admin/users/institutions.php
  -/group/edit.php?id=__ -> needs an id of the page
  -/admin/users/statistics.php
