Public bug reported:

In a portfolio that is used for SmartEvidence, there may be pages that
do not need to be displayed on the SmartEvidence overview page, e.g. an
intro page, instruction page, references etc. It would be good if it
were possible to exclude these pages from the evidence map view though
still keep in the collection.
