Bug 1833889: Access denied message twice via AccessDeniedException

When throwing the AccessDeniedException we don't need to add the
'accessdenied' error string again

  Access denied message twice on non-shared 'Pages and collections'

Bug description:
  The 'Access denied' message is displayed 2 times on the non-shared
  'Pages and collections'. It would be good to remove the duplicated
  'Access denied' message which is coming from the view page.
