TEST STEPS:

1) Log in as Mahra user
2) Create a collection as SmartEvidence collection (1 page is sufficient
3) Create page 2.
4) Place the "Navigation" block onto page 2 and select the SmartEvidence collection.
5) Verify that the SmartEvidence overview page is listed along with the other page(s) in the collection. ✔

Title:
  Navigation block doesn't display SmartEvidence overview page

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  When you place the "Navigation" block onto a page and select a
  collection that has a SmartEvidence framework associated with it, the
  SmartEvidence overview page is not displayed.

  We do show the SmartEvidence page on "Pages and collections" and thus
  it's hopefully just a small fix.

  To replicate:

  1. Enable SmartEvidence for your institution.
  2. Create a collection as SmartEvidence collection (1 page is sufficient).
  3. Create page 2.
  4. Place the "Navigation" block onto page 2 and select the SmartEvidence collection.
  Expected result: The SmartEvidence overview page is listed along with the other page(s) in the collection.

  Actual result: The SmartEvidence overview page is not listed.
